Coaching

Our coaching is a one-to-one process – the client and the coach.  As the International Coach Federation specifies, “Coaching is partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.”  Our specific approach to this coaching principle is rooted in three important foundations of our own.

 

Resilience: Using bio-feedback techniques, we help our clients learn how to create a virtuous circle of physical, emotional and psychological resilience.  Our coaching clients have the option to benchmark their physical resilience with a testing programme pioneered by our partners at the Westminster University Resilience Centre.

 

Strengths: We enable our clients to discover their own strengths and deploy them systematically and strategically.

 

Motivation: We help our clients to connect with meaningful motivation inside themselves – the sort that fosters sustainable achievement and prevents crash and burn-out.
